She is Prince 2 accredited and a Lean 6 Sigma practitioner, so draws on a variety of tools and methodologies to enable her clients to build a culture of Continuous Improvement through Operational and Launch Excellence.
Jane started her career working in a variety of sales and marketing roles across Consumer Healthcare, before moving to Pharma Regional and Global roles in Launch Excellence, Project Management and Business Improvement.

We’re so delighted to be collaborating with Jacqui, who in addition to her consultancy work is still active in the NHS and can offer invaluable payer insight to our clients, drawing on her experience working in the NHS across a range of Foundation Trusts, ICSs and multiple disease areas. Jacqui now works with NHS organisations and our health science industry redesigning and developing services and is a national speaker on NHS Reform and Insight, commissioning, payment by results and service transformation.
Operations/ Office Manager
Lisa ensures that we have the processes and structure in place to support our Business growth. She has over 20 years experience in business support. She is trained in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, Customer service, International Trade and Service and of course…..Project management ! Lisa has worked with a variety of different businesses across many sectors, including Pharma, Fashion and Aerospace. This has given her an insight into many different systems and structures, what works and what doesn’t. She uses this knowledge to support and develop our business as we continue to grow.
When Lisa’s not working, she is kept busy by her two boys aged 14 and 6 ( whom Lisa describes as ‘going on 26…’) and their scatty springer spaniel.
Digital, Creative and Project Management Associate
Sarah started her career in pharmaceuticals (GSK), before taking her digital, creative and project management skills to other industries such as finance and start-ups, before coming full circle back to Pharma. Sarah delights our clients with her eye for detail, project management and creative digital solution designs.
Security and general Dogsbody
Making the occasional guest appearance in meetings is Watson.
Watson joined us last year with a wealth of experience in eating, pulling on the lead, and security.
He also takes care of our employee well-being by ensuring we hit our daily step-count and by making us smile everyday with his antics.
